Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator is a an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector. Candidates should be driven and independent self starter with a passion for Connections to Success’ mission. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing initiatives for Business Development, managing and analyzing data to inform decision-making, and contributing to business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector.
Connections to Success inspires families to realize their dreams and achieve economic independence by providing hope, resources, and a plan. Within Connections to Success the Business Development Department trains organizations in other cities to implement our evidence-based Pathways to Success Program to grow impact and unrestricted funding for the organization. The Business Development Coordinator will be based in our St. Charles office.

Additional Information: This position is full-time, salaried exempt position. Employee will be eligible for full benefits including health, retirement, and vacation benefits on the first of the month following hire date. We invite potential candidates with incarceration/ criminal justice system history to apply.
